Public Computers Available
Computer Access
Use your library card and password to access computers in the Children’s Library or on the second floor near the Reference Desk. If you don’t have a library card, you can obtain a temporary guest pass, valid for one day, from most service desks.
Printing Services
Black and white prints are 10 cents per page, and color prints are 25 cents per page. Library cardholders receive a daily free printing allowance of 25 cents. To add money for printing, use the change machine located next to each print station (cash only). Library cardholders can also use a credit card to add funds to their printing account at the circulation desk on the first floor.

Creation Station
The library provides a dedicated workstation for photo retouching, movie editing, logo design, and access to the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite. To use this equipment, simply sign in at the Reference Desk on the second floor. The desk staff will assist you in getting started.

A high-quality flatbed scanner is available near the Reference Desk on the second floor. Save your scans to a flash drive or email them for free.
Digital Microfilm Workstations
Browse archived Manhattan newspaper issues dating back to 1859, or scan your microfilm or microfiche. You can save or print the articles you need.

Vending Machines
Soda, chips, snacks, candy, cold coffee, and more are available in the Friends’ Community Room.
